Job Overview

CityFibre is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our commercial and contracts team in the management of contractual changes and driving the standardization of best practices across our portfolio of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a gating and control system for all contractual changes
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting for all in-flight and contractual changes
  • Provide executive briefing and impact assessment on all contractual changes
  • Advising stakeholders on budgets, risks, and opportunities as a result of contractual change
  • Act as the lead interface for initiatives where Build-related contracting or commercial management might be impacted

Requirements

  • Extensive background in contract/commercial management or quantity surveying, with particular experience in advising and executing contract change or contract drafting
  • Experience managing key stakeholders across all business functions, collaborating effectively across different teams
  • Experience in dispute resolution and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
  • Familiarity with change management processes and practices
