Acuro Associates Ltd is a leading consultancy in higher education technology, seeking to expand its team in the UK. We are in search of a skilled Implementation Specialist with expertise in Student Information Systems (SIS) implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
You may currently hold a position in student records or registry, such as a Student Record Manager, Student Systems Developer, Deputy/Assistant Academic Registrar (Students), Business Analyst, or a similar role, and are eager to transition your SIS experience into a consultancy position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the implementation of Banner SIS, including expertise in one or more areas such as:
- Course catalog
- Offerings
- Curriculum management
- Admissions
- Enrollment
- Course registration
- Student records
- Engage with clients in the UK Higher Education sector.
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues to exceed customer and project expectations.
- Proactively prepare and deliver high-quality consulting services for implementations.
- Measure success through customer satisfaction, project achievements, and utilization targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of robust experience with Student Information Systems, specifically with systems such as Banner, Oracle/Peoplesoft Campus, QLS, Quercus, SITS, Thesis Student Management, or other SIS.
- At least 3 years of implementation and upgrade experience with SIS or related software utilized in UK Higher Education.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
- Course catalog
- Offerings
- Curriculum management
- Admissions
- Enrollment
- Course registration
- Student records
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong prioritization abilities, capable of managing tasks based on business impact.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel onsite for consulting and implementation services, up to 25% of the time (not a weekly requirement, but as needed).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
