Key Responsibilities- Purchase Order Management: Release and expedite component orders, maintaining delivery schedules to support company's Assembly and After Sales.
- Manual Orders: Raise manually generated orders for components outside of MRP control.
- Vendor Performance: Monitor delivery performance of selected vendors and implement improvements.
- Supplier Deliveries: Track and ensure progress on supplier deliveries.
- Meetings: Attend supplier and department meetings to discuss targets and actions.
- Risk Identification: Identify and report risks to company's continuity of component supply.
- Departmental Support: Assist in achieving departmental and company objectives.

- Manage delivery schedules of FCLs to avoid detention or demurrage.
- Pass freight-related invoices for FCLs for China.
- Liaise with 3PLs.
- Understand and follow relevant procedures and training manuals.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
- Support departmental objectives and improvement activities.
- Maintain a tidy work environment.
- Adhere to procedures and compliance regulations (SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001).
- Take on additional tasks as requested by supervisors or managers.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A to C, including English Language and Maths.
- Motivated, computer literate, and enthusiastic with good numeracy and attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary.
- 39 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.15pm with an early finish on a Friday, 8am – 12 noon.
