Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated QTS Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a QTS Teacher, you will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support.
  • Teach key subjects up to GCSE level, focusing on core subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
  • Help students build confidence and develop a growth mindset, enabling them to excel in their academic pursuits.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and success.
  • Continuously refine your teaching methods to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

Requirements:

  • QTS Certification: Qualified Teacher Status is a must.
  • Strong Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher, plus hands-on teaching experience.
  • Subject Mastery: Expertise in core subjects up to the GCSE level.
  • Connection Skills: Outstanding communication and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Dedication: A commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on students' lives.
