Salary: £25-£35 Per hour
Location: Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex
Hours: Very flexible, ranges from 1 hour a week up to 35 hours a week.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to support our students with core subjects, basic life skills, and sensory play. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with SEN needs and possess strong behavioural management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core subjects and basic life skills to students with SEN needs
- Support students with sensory play and activities
- Liaise with SENCO and parent/guardians regarding pupil progress and concerns
- Work with students who have ASD, DLD, ADHD, and Trauma Support needs
Requirements:
- QTS/PGCE qualification
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Passion for working with children with SEN needs
- Understanding of SEND complexities
- Strong behavioural management skills
