About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Operative to join our Exeter Region team at Bloor Homes - Construction. As a Site Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and safety on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, reporting to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager when levels are low.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities.
  • Assist with health and safety measures, including pedestrian routes, access, perimeter fencing, fall protection systems, and site shut down procedures.
  • Attend meetings as necessary to perform duties.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects related to Covid-19 are adhered to.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Previous experience as a Site Operative on a busy construction site.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and an enthusiastic work ethic.
