Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the daily operations of the salon, which includes creating staff schedules and managing inventory. Effective people management will be crucial to your success; ensuring your team members have the resources they need to work efficiently and happily.

You will achieve targets and work to cultivate a loyal clientele while expanding the new-client base. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential to represent Rush authentically and serve as a role model for your team, promoting best practices with integrity.

Required Qualifications

Experience in a management position with a focus on commercial success and a results-oriented mindset is essential for our Salon Operations Leaders.

Candidates applying for a Stylist Manager position must possess a Level 2 Professional Standards, a Level 3 Advanced and Creative qualification, or a previous NVQ qualification from Level 2.

Employee Benefits

For a full-time, permanent Salon Operations Leader role, you can expect to earn between £25,000 and £30,000 annually, depending on experience and quality. For our Stylist Salon Managers, there is enhanced earning potential through our commission scheme of up to 35%.

Your family and friends will also benefit, as you will receive a 40% discount for them, along with 20% off all professional homecare products.

Mentorship
