Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our award-winning Marketing team at Bidwells LLP. As a key member of our Residential team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company-wide digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to the Residential and Operational Living teams on all digital aspects of marketing activity.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Monitor and analyze our presence on property portals, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Review and ensure adherence to our brand guidelines across all digital channels, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our online presence, raising the profile for the Residential and Operational Living teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with online trends, suggesting creative content opportunities to engage our target audience.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging our full suite of social media tools.
  • Design and create engaging campaigns for brand awareness, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and other initiatives.
  • Produce and edit website and email content, highlighting properties, insights, and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in professional services or real estate agency marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media and email content.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, is a plus.
