In this newly created role, you'll support our company-wide Residential team with all things digital, delivering end-to-end campaigns to drive success. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging the full digital marketing mix to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing expert advice on digital marketing to the Residential and Operational Living teams
* Supporting the marketing manager in delivering digital marketing campaigns
* Monitoring our presence on property portals and recommending improvements
* Reviewing creative assets to ensure brand consistency across all channels
* Analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
* Identifying opportunities to raise the profile for the Residential and Operational Living teams
* Staying up-to-date with online trends and suggesting creative content opportunities
* Implementing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
* Developing creative campaigns for brand awareness and Account-Based Marketing
* Creating and editing website and email content
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
