As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our business. You will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals, providing financial guidance and support to the leadership team, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
* Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

Requirements:

* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors
* Proven track record of managing a team and delivering financial results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
