- Forecasting and Monitoring: Accurately forecast compound feed, blend feed, and straight feeds to meet market demand.
- Raw Material Management: Organize and procure raw materials efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
- Blend Calculator Expertise: Utilize the blend calculator effectively, adhering to senior management guidelines for precise feed formulation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day management and guidance to the transport, customer service, raw materials, and finance teams.
- Compliance & Audits: Coordinate UFAS and internal audit systems for storage and blend facilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Customer Relations: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively and maintaining strong relationships.
- Performance Evaluation: Work closely with senior management to conduct company and staff performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
