Nurse Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Advisor to join our team at CHASE. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert care and support to patients requiring enteral feeding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with patients and their carers to ensure seamless care and support.
• Manage a caseload of patients requiring enteral feeding, providing expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with local healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospital referrals.
• Provide training and clinical support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding pumps and procedures.
• Facilitate patient discharges and support patients with short- and long-term enteral feeding requirements.

Requirements:

• NMC registration as a nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and planned approach to work.
