About the Role

As an Associate Project Planner at Subsea7, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced Planners and gain insight into how our Global Pipeline Projects operate and integrate with other business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support assigned projects from development to completion, including MS Project baseline schedule development, progress analysis, and reporting.
  • Liaise with Package Managers and project team members to identify and resolve potential issues and clash points.
  • Develop and maintain data summary dashboards using Power BI to track progress, critical path status, and deviation impact.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates and reporting.
  • Analyze baseline updates and revisions, applying scheduling and planning techniques to optimize results.
  • Compile and analyze scenario plans to understand available options and consequences.
Requirements
  • Relevant project planning experience, either in-part or in-full.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Collaborative worker with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical skills and proven ability to work with detail and accuracy.
  • Pro-active approach with a solutions-based mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Effective planning and organizing, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced global business.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership, working autonomously and supporting wider team activities.
