About the Role

Citibank, N.A. United Kingdom is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Operations Optimisation and Enablement team as a Senior Settlements Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and global financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current state processes and tooling across Citi's products and geographies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a scalable target operating model to support payment and settlement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive adoption of the SSI utility and ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams in multiple locations, including senior managers, to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to define strategic scope and problem-solving approaches.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in business, functional, and people management, with a proven track record in process re-engineering and improvement.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification and domain knowledge of SSI and payment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, with a focus on delivery and results.
