About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial department, responsible for delivering the commercial aspects of individual projects. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Managing QS, estimators, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the commercial aspects of individual projects, including estimating, cost management, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with the Managing QS and estimators to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, and commercial management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.
