Role Overview

The People team at Zego is responsible for creating a highly engaged, values-based performance culture that enables our employees to thrive. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Employee Experiences Manager in managing our office space and employee experiences. This includes undertaking day-to-day operations, being the first point of contact for office landlords and stakeholders, and ensuring that our office space is welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a positive and welcoming office environment that reflects Zego's values and culture
  • Managing office operations, including reception, meeting spaces, and facilities
  • Coordinating events and activities that promote employee engagement and well-being
  • Providing administrative support to the Employee Experiences Manager and other teams
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and office policies
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in office administration or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
