Job Summary:
Remedy Education is seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to join our team as an Outreach Education Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with students who require individualized attention and support outside of the traditional classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach three students per day, developing and implementing personalized lesson plans to meet their individual needs
- Conduct weekly catch-up sessions with clients to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Maths, Science, or English, adapting to the needs of each student
- Collaborate with clients to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching students with SEMH, SEN, or other special needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license (desirable)
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm
- GCSE curriculum focus
