ROLE SUMMARY
As a Conference Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional experiences during their events. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining event spaces to meet guest expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties will include:

  • Setting up conference and event rooms to a high standard, adhering to specific guest requirements. This will involve significant manual handling, including moving tables, chairs, and heavy equipment.
  • Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Cleaning and clearing meeting rooms after events conclude.
  • Assisting with banquet setups and transitions.
  • Storing and maintaining conference equipment.
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are kept in excellent condition, even when not in use.
  • Responding promptly to the evolving needs of guests.
  • Supporting the broader Food & Beverage Team with additional tasks, including Room Service and Bar assistance when necessary.

WHAT WE SEEK
