Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Manager to assist in the delivery of Digital Media Solutions for major retail clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with clients, customers, and suppliers, reviewing store designs, providing quotes, sourcing hardware and software, planning project delivery, and ensuring timely store openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the project delivery and client services of Digital Media Solutions
- Deal with clients, customers, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes
- Review store designs and provide quotes for project delivery
- Sources hardware and software to support project requirements
- Plan and coordinate project delivery to meet client expectations
- Ensure timely store openings and successful project completion
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A passion for technology and its application in retail organisations
- Attention to detail, quick learner, and team player
- Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and demonstrate strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
