The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital projects for our esteemed clients. Your expertise in agile methodologies and project management will be instrumental in ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Apply agile principles and best practices to drive efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using agile methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
