About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our small but mighty People team at Fooditude. As a People Advisor, you will play a key role in managing and advising on all employee relations and supporting stakeholders with day-to-day queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical advice, assistance, and training on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Guide people managers on employee relations best practice, including probations, sickness absence management, investigations/disciplinaries, grievances, family-friendly policies, and performance management
  • Compile monthly ER & Sickness reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People policies, processes, systems, and practices
  • Support managers with day-to-day people queries
Requirements
  • Experience in HR & Hospitality
  • Level 5 CIPD (but not essential)
  • Experience and confidence in managing a range of complex employee relations
  • Experience compiling people reports and presenting data
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Driven and determined individual
  • Proactive nature
  • Practical and logical, able to solve problems quickly
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing workloads
