Job Overview

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Lead to join our team. As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all care staff are working effectively and efficiently.
  2. Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
  3. Administer and record medication, ensuring that all medication is given in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  5. Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring that residents remain as active and independent as possible.

  7. Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times, ensuring that residents and their families feel valued and respected.

About You

  1. NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
  2. Be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
  3. A good understanding of care planning processes.
  4. Be experienced in or happy to undertake training on administering medication.
