The Role

  1. Lead and supervise your shift to ensure seamless care delivery
  2. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans
  3. Administer and record medication accurately
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  5. Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
  6. Contribute to service development with the leadership team
  7. Provide a professional, inclusive, and caring approach at all times

About You

  1. NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
  2. Be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively
  3. Have a good understanding of care planning processes
  4. Be experienced in or willing to learn medication administration
