About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the lives of those we support. We are seeking friendly, compassionate, and resilient individuals to become part of our team. You will assist three gentlemen with varying needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and dementia, helping them lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

Each day as a Care Assistant presents unique challenges and rewards. Your role will involve supporting three gentlemen, aged between 60 and 80, in different aspects of their daily routines. Your duties will include:

Outings: Accompanying them on trips to various attractions, local events, and planning leisure activities. Travel and Holiday Coordination: Aiding with daily travel arrangements and assisting in organizing trips. Financial Guidance: Supporting individuals in managing their finances effectively. Household Assistance: Providing support with household chores such as cleaning and laundry. Personal Care Support: Offering help with personal and intimate care as required.

Ultimately, you will share in the joy of creating meaningful experiences and fostering a sense of enjoyment and fulfillment.
