The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of those we support. Dimensions is looking for friendly, caring, and resilient individuals to join our team. You will assist three gentlemen with varying needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and dementia, to lead fulfilling lives.

Your Responsibilities

Each day as a Care Assistant presents unique challenges and rewards. You will be supporting three gentlemen, aged between 60 and 80, in various aspects of their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Outings: Accompanying them on visits to local attractions, community events, and planning leisure activities. Travel and Holiday Planning: Assisting with daily travel arrangements and helping to organize enjoyable getaways. Financial Independence: Supporting individuals in managing their finances with confidence. Household Support: Providing assistance with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry. Personal Care: Offering support with personal and intimate care as necessary.

Above all, you'll share in the joy of creating meaningful experiences and fostering a sense of fun and fulfillment.

No Experience? No Problem
