Business Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales process and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales inbox account, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Contribute to the success of the group by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Resource new leads from multiple avenues, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Assist the Business Development team in delivering quotations and following up with clients to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain a Customer Care programme, providing exceptional service to our clients and gathering feedback to improve our operations.
  • Ensure our LinkedIn page and posts are regularly updated, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Produce and maintain a library of Case Studies, highlighting our success stories and sharing them with potential and existing clients.
  • Implement a shared working calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication within the team.
