Role Overview:
As an Area Support Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering operational guidance and expertise to care facilities within your designated region. Collaborating closely with the Regional Director, you will ensure that our care facilities uphold exceptional quality standards and outstanding service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will encompass mentoring and guiding Home Managers, evaluating quality metrics, and formulating service enhancement strategies. You will work in partnership with the quality assurance team to foster ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Home Manager or Quality Assurance role
- Strong clinical acumen
- Skilled in performing audits and developing action plans
- Capability to manage multiple care facilities with varying needs
- Experience in coaching and supporting teams
