We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance use and addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to service users, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Develop and implement tailored recovery plans, focusing on harm reduction and personalized interventions.
