Our client, a leading organization in the Salad production sector, is seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to join their team.

Location: Lichfield (WS13)
Compensation: £12.80 per hour

Job Overview:
The Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that support the operational efficiency of the site. This role involves overseeing payroll verification, organizing shift schedules, processing holiday requests, and maintaining inventory of equipment.

Working Schedule:
4 days on, 4 days off, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and adjust daily time-sheets based on input from the production team.
2. Develop, modify, and manage shift schedules considering absences and leave requests.
3. Handle holiday management and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Maintain stock levels of protective equipment.
5. Meet daily operational deadlines.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of working under time constraints and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent observation and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.

Qualifications:
While prior experience is advantageous, training will be provided to the right candidate. A good command of English for written communication is required.
