Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Part Time Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a secondary setting, helping them to achieve their full potential and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting learning in the classroom, 1:1 and small groups
  • Assisting with classroom behaviour management
  • Ensuring the classroom and displays are presentable
  • Aiding the children with pastoral care
Requirements:
  • Adaptable and caring individual with a can-do attitude
  • Classroom experience and understanding of safeguarding and SEN students
  • Ability to work with Long-term Teachers Ltd and our partner schools
