Teaching Assistant Position

Long-term Teachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support students in a rewarding part-time role. This position offers flexible working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, providing a great work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group learning support within the classroom setting.
  • Assist with classroom management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing classroom space, including engaging displays.
  • Offer compassionate pastoral care to students, fostering their well-being and academic success.

Requirements:

We are looking for adaptable and caring individuals with a positive attitude. Prior classroom experience, understanding of safeguarding procedures, and experience working with SEN students are highly desirable.
