Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our complex care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adult clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Lead the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT): Effectively manage and coordinate the MDT to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Client Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments and monitoring of clients' physical and physiological needs.
- Nursing Interventions: Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management and wound care.
- Family Support and Education: Build and maintain relationships with clients' families, providing education and support as needed.
- Collaboration with Community Teams: Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Experience: Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in others.
- Communication Skills: Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, to effectively liaise with patients, families, and the MDT.
