Adult Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, creating personalized care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans for individual clients
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements:
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with a focus on bringing out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
Benefits:
  • Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
  • 1 day working from home per week/4 days in the community
