Job Description

Global Head of Procurement Operations - Systems, Tools & Analytics


This is a key role for a seasoned procurement professional to lead the implementation of procurement tools and systems, working closely with the procurement leadership team to align strategy and drive business results.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of embedding procurement tools and systems into global organizations, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the implementation of procurement tools and training, working closely with the procurement leadership team to align strategy and drive business results.
  • Continuously work with key senior business stakeholders to collaboratively align business targets, improve supplier performance, and achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Map out all procurement processes across the source-to-pay process.
  • Skilfully and proactively take advantage of the organization's growth and specifically their growth within procurement, allowing for fast-tracked progression and development.


Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a procurement Operations/analytics role in a leadership capacity, showing tangible development from junior roles into manager/head of.
  • The ability to remain proactive in the face of challenge, with the ability to influence across senior leadership cohorts and able to push through business objectives.
  • BA / MBA / CIPS is preferred, however not essential.
