About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinic Administrator to join our team at Veincentre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of patient records and data
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
