**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute performance-focused paid social advertising campaigns that achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with our creative team to create engaging copy, messages, and designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Ensure all advertising efforts comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Contribute creative input and drive innovative campaign ideas that drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our PPC Campaign Manager to integrate strategies and cross-train in PPC.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Performance and KPI-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including the ASA code.
  • Experience with PPC is a plus, but not required.
