Kaplan International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Portfolio Leader to join our team. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our academic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of our academic portfolio, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives and meets the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with our academic teams to design and deliver high-quality academic programs that meet the needs of our students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our academic partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our academic programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of academic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
