About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Major Repairs team, you'll play a vital role in assisting residents with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse assignments across planned routes, ensuring top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Role Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in multiple trades, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, floor laying, and outdoor tasks such as fencing.
  • Possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A trade qualification in Carpentry, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, or Plumbing is highly desirable.
