We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Parkwood Leisure Ltd. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, promoting our Swimming Lesson brand, and providing exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers, adhering to the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and company policy.
- Ensure teaching, customer care, and health and safety standards are maintained in line with company policy.
- Maximize the retention of swimming lessons participants through quality standards, motivation, and customer care.
- Develop strong communication links between yourself, the swim manager, reception, and duty management.
- Deal with customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Hold an SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification or equivalent, with the ability to communicate well with both children and adults in a teaching setting.
- Be able to gain acceptance and respect from colleagues and customers, and build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and teachers.
- Be passionate about improving our swim lesson program and providing excellent customer service.
- Have some flexibility in working hours when required.
