We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Parkwood Leisure Ltd. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, promoting our swimming lesson brand, and providing exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to customers in accordance with our company policy and Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
- Ensure teaching, customer care, and health and safety standards are maintained in line with company policy.
- Maximize the retention of swimming lessons participants through quality standards, motivation, and customer care.
- Develop strong communication links between yourself, the swim manager, reception, and duty management.
- Deal with customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Hold an SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification or equivalent.
- Be able to communicate effectively with both children and adults in a teaching setting.
- Be able to gain acceptance and respect from colleagues and customers.
- Be able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and teachers.
- Be flexible in working hours when required.
- Be passionate about improving our swim lesson program and providing excellent service to swimmers and customers.
