- Financial Management: Conduct weekly Nexus bookwork procedures, review GP's, and check for any input errors in the stock before closing.
- Profit Protection: Take responsibility of all monies within the mess while on shift, and ensure all profit protection procedures and relevant paperwork are always adhered to.
- Uniform Standards: Ensure that uniform standards are upheld to the highest standard.
- Marketing: Ensure that company marketing material is up to date and relevant to company standards.
- Communication Skills: A good communicator, able to liaise confidently with customers and engage, motivate, and develop team members.
- Leadership Skills: An excellent communicator, able to motivate and develop others.
- Personal Hygiene: High standards of personal hygiene.
- Previous Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
- IT Literacy: IT literate.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills.
- Flexibility: Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements, including attending off-site meetings.
- Language Skills: Highly competent in the English language, both written and verbal.
