Position Overview

As a Lead Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience at our vibrant venue. Your expertise will contribute to the dynamic atmosphere, engaging with guests and enhancing their enjoyment through innovative drink offerings.

Compensation
£15.55 per hour (including Tronc) plus additional tips and company benefits.

Work Schedule
Full-time, evening shifts.

Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Mixologist, you will:
1. Deliver outstanding beverage service across our various outlets.
2. Showcase your knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, guiding guests in their selections.
3. Create and innovate signature cocktails that reflect our unique style.
4. Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and engaged.
5. Collaborate with the bar team to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
1. Prior experience as a mixologist in a high-energy environment.
2. A passion for mixology and a deep understanding of spirits and cocktail trends.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
4. A proactive and motivated approach to your work.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
