Our establishment in Victoria is designed to accommodate a variety of events, featuring a sophisticated cocktail menu and a diverse culinary selection inspired by South African cuisine. Craft exceptional cocktails and beverages while maintaining high service standards Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the bar area and tables at all times Collaborate across all sections of the bar Provide food and drink service, including cocktail preparation Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge and make informed recommendations

A strong passion and creativity for food and beverage Previous experience in a similar high-standard environment Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail Ability to remain organized and composed under pressure
