About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Rapid Transformational Therapy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our mission to create lasting transformations in people's lives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 30+ sales representatives, providing guidance, tools, and support to exceed performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and client relationship management.
  • Analyze individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, performance, and client interactions, providing leadership with sales insights and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a positive sales culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a results-driven environment.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with 8+ years of experience in managing and growing large sales teams (20+ reps). You should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a high-growth environment, ideally in personal development, coaching, or health and wellness industries.

You should possess strong knowledge of sales techniques, pipeline management, and performance analysis, as well as familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

What We Offer
