We're looking for a skilled Operational Risk Management (ORM) ICT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ORM department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Operational Risk & Control Framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Operational Risk & Control Framework, ensuring compliance with local, international, and French regulations.
- Support the Head of ORM in defining risks taxonomy, processes, and organisation cartographies, in collaboration with other functions, business lines, and transversal activities.
- Review and challenge risk identification and assessment performed by the first line of defence.
- Support the Head of ORM in defining and updating generic controls in the generic control libraries, in collaboration with the first line of defence.
- Issue permanent control actions and report them into the Group tool, ensuring implementation and closing within deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in the global principle of collection of historical incidents with the procedure and implemented in the Group tool.
- Support the Head of ORM with the preparation and organisation of operational risk committees.
- Alert and escalate to management any operational risk incident or recurring weaknesses in the organisational framework.
- Good operational experience of IT Risk Management.
- Ability to write up reports to a high standard.
- Risk and Permanent Control Framework.
