About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Recruitment Rebellion. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisers and preparing compliant reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare research and suitability reports for our advisers.
  • Perform day-to-day paraplanning tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports.
  • Act as a paraplanning mentor for less experienced team members.
  • Assist in identifying areas for planning and sourcing solutions suitable to meet clients' needs and objectives.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
  • Deal with client technical queries.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience gained in a paraplanning role either with an IFA or restricted adviser.
  • Ability to thrive working as part of a strong team, helping colleagues and assisting clients with queries.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, including industry systems (knowledge of Intelliflo's Intelligent Office back-office system is desirable but not essential).
  • Motivated with the ability to work in an often busy environment to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues.
  • Level 4 diploma in financial planning qualified or progress towards it.
