We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Recruitment Rebellion. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisers and preparing compliant reports.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare research and suitability reports for our advisers.
- Perform day-to-day paraplanning tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports.
- Act as a paraplanning mentor for less experienced team members.
- Assist in identifying areas for planning and sourcing solutions suitable to meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
- Deal with client technical queries.
- Relevant experience gained in a paraplanning role either with an IFA or restricted adviser.
- Ability to thrive working as part of a strong team, helping colleagues and assisting clients with queries.
- Good eye for detail.
- Excellent IT skills, including industry systems (knowledge of Intelliflo's Intelligent Office back-office system is desirable but not essential).
- Motivated with the ability to work in an often busy environment to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning qualified or progress towards it.
