Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting utilisation targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Portfolio Management:
    • Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring each receives tailored consultancy services.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide optimal solutions.
  • Utilisation and Chargeability:
    • Achieve and maintain utilisation targets, ensuring that a significant portion of your time is chargeable to customers.
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting on utilisation and chargeability metrics.
  • Software Implementation:
    • Lead and participate in software implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
    • Conduct assessments, develop implementation plans, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with legacy providers and internal project teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive solutions.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Project Delivery:
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Apply best practices and methodologies in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a consultancy role, preferably with a focus on payroll software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legacy systems and the challenges associated with their integration and maintenance.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
