About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at Saxton Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities on major developments, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial lead on major developments, working closely with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage and coordinate commercial activities, including contract administration, cost control, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
