We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and data.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and distributing necessary documentation.
- Manage employee leave and absence, including booking and recording holidays.
- Process and track employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and distribute employee communications, including contracts and other important documents.
- Conduct research and provide information to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a personnel or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
