Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collate and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and data.
  2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and distributing necessary documentation.
  3. Manage employee leave and absence, including booking and recording holidays.
  4. Process and track employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  5. Prepare and distribute employee communications, including contracts and other important documents.
  6. Conduct research and provide information to support HR initiatives and projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a personnel or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
